End User License Agreement
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of SCA Connect Client Ledgers ("the application") by authorised SCA Connect staff. By signing in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Internal use only
The application is an internal tool built solely for SCA Connect staff to manage and reconcile client trust-money ledgers against SCA Connect's own QuickBooks Online company. It is not licensed, distributed, or made available to any other organisation or the general public.
2. Account responsibility
Each account is issued to a named individual and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity performed under your account. Report any suspected unauthorised access to an administrator immediately.
3. Appropriate use
The application handles client trust money and must be used only for legitimate SCA Connect business purposes: recording receipts, allocating or refunding client funds, lodging invoices, and reconciling the client bank account. Actions that move or reverse client funds are restricted to Admin accounts.
4. Data accuracy
The application reflects data from SCA Connect's QuickBooks Online company. Users should verify figures against QuickBooks where discrepancies are suspected and report integrity warnings shown by the application to an administrator promptly.
5. Access revocation
SCA Connect may suspend or remove access at any time, including on termination of employment or where misuse is suspected.
6. No warranty
The application is provided for internal use as-is. SCA Connect will make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available but does not warrant it is free of errors or interruptions.
